Kitchen: Fully fitted with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, electric kettle, coffee maker plus cutlery for 8 persons. There is also a wall mounted villa phone and WiFi router for free internet access. Breakfast table with seating for 4 guests.
Utility room: Large washing machine and large tumble dryer. Iron and ironing board plus 8+ pool/beach towels. Fire extinguisher plus access to double garage.


Living Rooms: Large open plan fully carpeted lounge and dining area with 3 seater sofabed and 2 seater love seat plus additional chair. The sofabed opens out to a fullsize bed to accommodate the 7th and 8th guest. The formal dining area can accommodate 6 guests. There is a TV, DVR/Video player. The TV is connected to the "Dish" satellite TV system and the TVs in the Lounge and master bedroom have DVR facility. The alarmed sliding patio doors lead out the pool/lanai area.
Other: The villa is fully air-conditioned and all the bedrooms and lounge have ceiling fans and satellite TV. Spaciousness of villa is enhanced by the cathedral ceilings.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All towels including pool/beach towels and linen are included. Villa is cleaned on departure. Additional cleaning available through management company, at rentors cost. Each room is supplied with spare bed linen.

Notes on accommodation

For cooler winter evenings the aircon can be switched to heat. Both pool exits are alarmed to ensure child safety, although parents are advised to supervise their children at all times.

Wheelchair access

Wheelchairs access is available to most parts of the villa. the master bedroom suite is particularly suitable as the wide low-access shower incorporates two seats for less abled guests.

Outside

Our villa has a larger than average size pool (30’X 14’) with a large lanai area for enjoying relaxing in the sun (or shade if preferred) or eating “al fresco“ around the pool table. There is plenty of seating with sun loungers and chairs. The pool also has underwater lighting for swimming after dark. The pool screen has opaque lower panels to increase your privacy. Electric pool heating is available at extra cost of £60/week

Golf: Many golf course are within a 20 mile radius of our villa.

General information

Coast/beach: The gulf coast to the west is about an hours drive away with its beautiful white sandy beaches and to the east is Cape Canaveral.
Travel: Orlando International Airport is 30 miles away, about 30-40 minutes drive
