Check in to our home is normally 4 pm but if you have a particular need, we can sometimes make arrangements for earlier or later

Accommodation

Bedrooms: Ensuite Master upstairs bedroom with massive king size bed en suite with a balcony (to enjoy the morning sunshine). There is a good sized walk in closet and a floor safe.
Master Bedroom downstairs en suite with queen size bed.
The two twin rooms 3 and 4 upstairs have are a good size and have great size closets for all those cloths bought at the malls. These rooms share the family bathroom.

Bathrooms: 3.5 bathrooms. En suite to both master bedrooms.
Full bath/wc upstairs for the twins.
half bath is downstairs

Kitchen: There is a full kitchen including cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher coffee maker and toaster etc
Utility room: Full size washer and dryer (upstairs adjacent to King room)
Living Rooms: The living room includes 2 sofas - one that is a queen size sleeper
Other: We have a DVD player in the living room
A CD player in the kitchen / dining area
Additional TV in the downstairs master
Play yard (crib) high chair and stroller to save you having to worry.
There is a BBQ at the home and we also have a 4 seater patio set so that you can sit out and enjoy the Florida sunshine.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: The home is self catering but you will find all the linens you need for your vacation. The property is cleaned and made ready for your vacation.

Notes on accommodation

The home is fully air conditioned and there are room fans to help keep you cool.

Our home has been very well looked after and we have tried to make this more than the average "rental home" because you our guests are important to us.

Outside

The BBQ and patio set are normally kept on the balcony.

The resort has a superb pool complex with lazy river, water slide, outside hot tub and zero entry pool for the younger water babies.

The club house has a games room for the kids and the adults can make great use of the on site gym and sauna.

For the ladies, we have a superb on site beauty salon where you can have your nails and hair done as well as getting a massage.

The bar and grill will be a great place to enjoy a drink as well as food.

Activities

Golf: The resort is very close to Highlands Reserve which has a great 18 hole course with green fees from $30. Many other courses are close by.

Further details: The property is in the Davenport area of Orlando, just off Highway 27. Being only 8 miles from Disney (using Highway 192) this is a well situated home. There is a very convenient shopping area which includes a Publix Supermarket, Post office and various food outlets and banks.
