The dinning area with its unsurpassed views of the lake allows you to dine together as a family in stunning features.
Both the Dinning area and living area are open plan and connect to the front lounge via arch ways.

A laundry service area is located on the first floor which host a washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner Iron and Ironing board.

Living Rooms: The ground floor area comprises of an open plan entertaining area which is ultimate in relaxed elegance with its plush furnishings and decorative lamps which allows adaptable, atmospheric lighting when relaxing and chatting after a hard day at the parks. Two comfortable sofas of which one converts into a double sofa bed for additional sleeping.

The family room offers modern comforts and entertainment systems for all the family with its 42” flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, which allows music to be played inside and outside the house if required through our surround sound speaker system. Complete with a comfortable wrap round couch and chair

Other: If the parks are not enough to entertain the children both big and small we have a fully equipped games room. With an 8ft slated pool table, air hockey and electronic darts board this is the room that will entertain the family for hours. Complete with TV and seating area.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All towels and linen are provided clean and fresh prior to arrival
Less than 3 Nights stay will incur a cleaning charge of £70/$130
Pool heating if required can be added on at a weekly rate of £105/$200.

Notes on accommodation

The Large landing area space provides a great area to relax and read on the sofa (which is also a double sofa bed for additional sleeping) it provides a peaceful and relaxing environment.

Outside

The living room and kitchen area both open out to a spacious 30ft x 40 ft extended decking area that leads to the 14ft x 30ft pool and 6ft round raised spa with spa lights. For safety a child safety fence is supplied but can be removed if desired. With ample reclining and cushioned pool side furniture which consists of lounges, chairs and tables allows you to relax in the outdoors whilst soaking up the Florida sunshine, but for those who require shading a section of the pool area is protected by a covered 187ft lanai.

Our home is suited for the wonderful outdoor entertainment with its 5ft Summer Kitchen which includes cedar cupboard space a sink and tiled counter tops with a gas BBQ grill.
