Accommodation

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 double bed

lounge 2 double sofa beds. Both bedrooms have wardrobe,chest of drawers and bedside cabinets with ample space for all your clothes etc.
Bathrooms: The bathroom is fully tiled with large shower and cubicle, wash hand basin and wc. We also have a free standing unit for your toiletries.
Kitchen: fridge, hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, toasted sandwich maker,coffee maker, iron & ironing board, safe, hairdryer and water cooler for your cold drinks.
Living Rooms: The lounge/dining room has two double sofa beds, tv,dvd player (some dvds) coffee table and nest of tables. The dining area has a corner unit with seating for up to six people.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: The apartment is cleaned with beds made up for your arrival and fresh towels left for you. If you are staying for longer than 1 week there will be extra linen and towels for you.

Notes on accommodation

We have air conditioning throughout. We also cater for children with having a travel cot, highchair (so no extra expense to hire these) changing mat, bottle sterilising unit, selection of bowls, cups, & cutlery. Nintendo game cube with games, DVDs, small selection of toys, board games and books also play park, kids pool & games room on complex. All the windows in the apartment are fitted with locks. (all we ask is for you to provide cot linen if needed

Outside

Newly built this luxurious complex is suitable for couples and families.
We share with the other apartments the following: 1 large outdoor swimming pool, 1 Childs outdoor swimming pool and 1 outdoor hydro/massage Jacuzzi we also have 1 indoor heated swimming pool a large sunbathing terrace with sun beds. The bar/restaurant will serve hot or cold food all day. There is a shop, and laundry room, Play Park and games room to help keep the kids amused. If you are feeling energetic there is a fitness centre. The complex also offers 24hr reception/security, lifts and intercom door entry system. They also have a free minibus service to the beach. Mixed Aegean and Mediterranean ornamental gardens surround the complex with artificial waterfalls to add to this relaxing setting.

Coast/beach: Altinkum has three golden sand beaches with restaurants and shops along the promenade.
The beach is approx 2km about 7 mins drive. There is a courtesy bus from complex to the beach and main resort.
Travel: nearest airport is Bodrum
approx 1hr 30 min drive
Izmir airport is
approx 2 hr drive.
Car hire is not essential but you do need airport transfer to altinkum. We can advise on transfers.
