Changeover day

We are flexible on arrival and departure dates.On your arrival day you can access the apattment from two pm unless its possible beforehand which we will inform you and vacation is 10am.

Accommodation

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a double four poster bed

Bathrooms: There is a large bathroom in the apartment with a walk in shower,toilet,bidet and sink.
Kitchen: The kitchenette has full utensils to cook any meal and has a hob,fridge/freezer,microwave,kettle,toaster and a full oven also.
Utility room: There is a utility downstairs to use with more kitchen equipment including utensils and a full oven and a washing machine machine
Living Rooms: The lounge has a double sofa bed,a table and chairs and a large tv with satelite English tv.there is a cd player and this lovely room leads onto your large private roof terrace
Other: There are walk in wardrobes giving you plenty of space for your clothes.
A main feature of this apartment is the beautiful large private roof terrace giving you total privacy if required.There is garden furniture for al fresco dining,a bbq and even your own sunbeds.This leads down to the heated pool area,jacuzzi and games area.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen are supplied(bring your own beach towels)and the towels are changed half weekly.

Notes on accommodation

This apartment is perfect for a family and the roof terrace has chils protection down the stairs with a gate.
The air con is 5 euros extra per night and ceiling fans are in the bedroom and lounge.

Wheelchair access

We have one bedroom ensuite on the ground floor of the villa that is fully accessible for a wheelchair user sleeping two people.The rounds are accessible also straight from the drive round to the apartment.There is a bedroom with either double or single beds depending on your preference,large bathroom with full equipment and a kitchen next door with a ramp into it.

Outside

There is an amazing outside area with a lovely heated pool,sunbeds,jacuzzi and a large games area.There is also a large bbq area underneath a beautiful grape vine for all the 5 apartments to use.Each apartment has its own patio and terraces and all having amazing views over the olive groves and mountains.

Activities

Golf: The closest golf course is 30 minutes drive away in Antequera so easy reach for anyone wanting ton play.There is a new golf course in Rute being opened but we are waiting for the release date at the moment.

Skiing: Sierra Nevada is a close ski slope only one hour and 10 minutes away and it is a beautiful resort.Perfect for a two centre holiday as you can be skiing one day and back at the apartment for the next day of sunbathing.

Special interest holidays: At Casa Pino Solo we offer beauty treatments on site by a fully trained beautician who will do anything rom massage to pedicures and manicures.This needs to be pre booked before the start of your holiday.Also you can have group or one to one pilates sessions and salsa classes are also available.
We can organise bird watching tours from here and included in the price is pick up and drop off from the villa.

General information

Coast/beach: Iznajar has a beautiful 18 mile lake with its own beach that is beautiful and only 10 minutes away.If you decide on a day trip to the coast it can be reached in less than one hour.
You can visit Malaga,Benelmadena,Torremolinos or Fuengirola easily and if you go a further 10 minutes there is a beautiful beach called Cabopino worth a visit.
Travel: The closet airports to Casa Pino Solo is Granada and Malaga.Granada is 35 minutes drive and Malaga is 45 minutes drive.
There is a train station in Loja.
A car is reccommended to get round all of the tourist locations but if you want to come without we can arrange airport pick ups and a taxi is available to go to the local supermarket.
Distances: Iznajar - 10 minutes drive
Granada - 50 minutes drive
Cordoba - one hour and 10 minutes drive
Seville - two hours drive.
Ronda - one hour and ten minutes drive
Further details: within walkind distance are two local tapas bars that serve delicious food and a bp petrol station that sells all necesities.
The banks are a ten minutes drive into Iznajar and there is a large supermarket in Archidona 15 minutes drive away.In iznajar there are smaller supermarkets and shops including a butchers,fish mongers etc.
