Preferred changeover day is Saturday.

Accommodation

Bedrooms: The bedroom contains a double bed and two large wardrobes, a desk, radio, bookcase and a library of booklets and leaflets describing local places of interest.

The window looks out over the pool and is completely private.

There is a shower and basin in the en suite, through sliding doors from the bedroom.

The Chalet has its own water supply and there is an ample supply of hot water.
Bathrooms: The Bedroom is ensuite. There is a separate toilet.
Kitchen: The open kitchen is very well equipped with microwave, fridge, small oven, 2-ring cooker, kettle and all necessary cooking utensils.

There is also a deep freezer for guests wishing to bulk buy tubs of ice cream or any other bulk purchases.

There is a corner BBQ with supplied charcoal and lighters.

The Welcome Pack includes basic necessities such as wine, coffee, sugar, tea, fruit, water etc.
Utility room: Guests are welcome to use the owner's laundry facilities.
Living Rooms: There is a very large covered area where there is shade which is
needed on those very hot days when the sun is burning hot.

A selection of chairs/loungers is provided.

Tiled floors throughout. The pool is surrounded by stone flags which are non-slip.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All bed linen and towels, including those for the pool, are included.

Outside

Rural location with superb views. Pool is 8 x 4 metres and around 4-5 feet deep, exclusive to those staying in the gite. There is a barbeque in the kitchen area.

Golf: Golf is around 15 kms distance.

Travel: The main airport for the Lot et Garonne is about 50 miles to the north, about one hour's drive. Car hire is essential.
Distances: Nearest village is 3 kms with most essential ammenities. Bike available.
