We have Friday, Saturday, Thursday and Monday start dates and can be flexible outside July and August

Accommodation

Bedrooms: Each gite has a king sized double room and two twin rooms
Bathrooms: Each has a modern bathroom with bath and shower attachment, toilet and sink, loads of hot water and good pressure
Kitchen: Each has a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, gas oven/grill, 4 ring gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer and planty of crockery and cutlery for an enjoyable self catering holiday
Living Rooms: Spacious open plan lounge areas with comfortable sofas and coffee table. Some are equipped with dvd player
Other: Dining area with table and chairs to seat 6
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Bed linen is inlcuded, towels can be provided for a small charge. A change of linen/towels can be provided for a small charge. The property is thoroughly cleaned before and after arrival. An extra cleaning service an be provided for a small extra charge. Details of extra services can be found on our web site.

Wheelchair access

We have 2 properties which may suit those with limited mobility in that they are either on one floor or have a downstairs bedroom with en suite facilities. We have 1 cottage which has extra wide entrance door with a dwnstairs bedroom with extra wide doorway however the rest of the property may not be completely accesible, particularly the outdoor pool areas and garden, please ask for more specific details

Outside

Each Family friendly gite has an individual outdoor area with bbq, outdoor garden table, chairs and parasol. There is a large communal garden area with childrens facilities including swings, sandpit, slide. There is a 66m2 pool with sloping beach style entrance (suitable for paddling)The pool area is completely enclosed with a self closing gate with child lock and is also alarmed for extra security. There is a spa and games room with board games and table tennis and baby football.

Activities

Golf: There are 3 excellent courses within easy travelling distance, ask for details.

Special interest holidays: We provide a wine theme since Chris has worked in the wine trade in his previous life. We offer professional wine tastings, family vine walks and guided visits to a local wine producer.

Child friendly holidays are our speciality and have regular Teddy bears picnics.We an provide many child related facilities to make travelling easier: cots, highchairs, stair barriers, toddler steps, monitors, potty, change mats, steam steriliser and many other things - just ask. We also offer a Baby sitting service with Wendy, a registered child minder.

Coast/beach: We are an easy 1 hrs drive from the coast and beaches we have loads of information about all the beaches on our web site
Travel: La Rochelle is closest at 1hrs drive,

Distances: St Jean d'Angely is our nearest town, 10km away. Cognac, Saintes, La Rochelle, Royan, Poitiers and Angouleme are also within easy travelling distance, see our web site for more information
