Bedrooms: Master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobes, dressing table/mirror. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds and fitted wardrobes. All rooms have individual balconies, air-con, ceiling fan lights, hairdryers and blackout blinds.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom, WC, washbasin and shower cubicle to master bedroom. Family bathroom with bath/shower, WC and washbasin. Downstairs WC and washbasin.
Kitchen: Fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, halogen hob, extractor, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron/ironing board, crockery, glassware, cutlery, cooking implements. Table and chairs, fire extinguisher and fire blanket.
Living Rooms: The lounge has air con, two comfortable settees (one a double sofa bed) and one chair, together with coffee table, smaller drinks table. LCD flat screen TV and DVD/CD player, games and puzzles. Patio doors lead out to the veranda with views of the valley and mountain. Dining room has air con, glass table which seats up to 8 people. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Bed linen and towels are provided, but guests should bring their own beach and pool towels. Our property managers live locally and can assist you during your stay. A midweek clean service is available for a nominal charge

Notes on accommodation

The villa is equipped with air-conditioning throughout and this can be used to provide heating through the cooler months. In addition all bedrooms have fan/lights and guests may find these preferable to use rather than the air-con. For safety reasons smoking is not permitted inside the villa, but is acceptable outside.
