A roof top garden has many advantages to that of a swimming pool and privacy is second to none. There is a 5-seat jacuzzi that can be used 12-months of the year unlike a pool. The roof garden has a 6-seat glass top table with chairs, 6 stylish sun lounges, a permanent brick barbeque and outside shower. Believe it or not, it also has a fridge and kitchen sink on the roof.
