Bedrooms: master room with double bed wardrobes dressing table bedside cabinet with lamps and en-suit.All rooms have access to balcony with sea views

Bathrooms: en-suit has a shower, toilet, basin can cupboard for storage.
Family bathroom has a bath, toilet, basin and shower over the bath.
Down stair guest room has shower, toilet and basin.
Kitchen: The kitchen is a fully fitted modern room with all mod cons
Fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker dishwasher ect.

Living Rooms: Lounge/diner has 2 double sofa beds for extra sleeping with access to down stairs W/C, shower room. TV, HI, VIDEO and DVD and a real feature fireplace can be found in the lounge. Pine table and chairs can be found in the dining room.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: The villa will be cleaned before your arrival.
If staying for two weeks linen will be left for you to change to give you more privacy during your stay. (a clean can be arrange upon request) All linen and towel are supplied. Please bring you beach towels.

Notes on accommodation

The villa can accommodate up to 10 people. Each bedroom has its own air-conditioning unit and there is one in the lounge. All towels and linen are provided; please bring your own beach towels. There is an hairdryer in the villa.

Coast/beach: 10 minutes drive from the resort of Paphos with its many shops tavernas and a beautiful harbour.
With Coral Bay, its sandy beach, bars, shops and Tavernas only 10 minutes drive away in the opposite direction. Paphos airport is 20 minutes drive from the villa.

Travel: Paphos airport is 20 minutes drive from the villa. Larnaca airport is 1 1/2 hour drive away

Distances: Our villa is in a village called Emba within 15 minute walk to the centre. The villa In a queit Cypriot villa where the locals will make you welcome. Emba has a few shops and tavernas spotted along the narrow winding road that runs through the village. In the evening the local men can be seen sitting outside their local and often spilling out onto the narrow roads on their wooden chairs. 10 minutes walk in a different direction near the villa of Lempa is Lempa taverna.
