We are going to limit the number of properties on the site to 6000 and within a particular area for example Costa del Sol or Orlando we will limit the number of properties to no more than 600. This compares to a number of websites whose aim is to be the largest. Our aim is to provide the best value for money that we can for our clients.

With this in mind we have limited the cost of joining the site to £29 for the first 12 months, which in many areas of the world is less than a days rental income. This offer is only available until 15th May 2009. If we are in a leading position when searching for rentals - as we intend to be - this represents excellent value for money.

All properties will be able to include up-to 8 Photos, being a golf listing or a skiing listing etc and all properties will be rotated to ensure all at some point are top of the list. You can purchase more photos at an additional cost. The only other additional charges we will make is that the home page for each country will have 3 ‘properties of the month’ and these will be available on a first come first served basis for a cost of £10 per month. All additional charges are optional extras and not compulsory.

On the home page we will also have a link to new properties for a particular week, this means that as you choose to join us your property will be highlighted as new for the first week of membership, which may give you an initial boost in enquiries

In order to add your property you will need to register your name and e-mail address below and then follow the link through the wizard to set your property on the system. This will then be reviewed by our administration staff and put live on the site within 48 hours.

Special Prize Draw

To promote the site initially and quickly boost the number of properties on the site, we are offering a special prize draw to the first 1000 property owners to join us. The prize will be 2 flights to the local airport of your property for anytime within 12 months of the date of the draw excluding UK and resort Public Holidays. (Should the prize be won by a UK property owner an alternative cash prize will be given should flights not be required)
